Doing regular exercise in this semester was totally impossible for me since I was taking 6 classes and 35 hours of work. I often used to feel tired. In the livewell there were so many information about exercise. Then I make a plan adding exercise in my busy schedule. I started taking stairs instead of lift, walk more steps than I used to do. surprisingly, I found it gives me more energy. Therefore, I decided to stick in to regular exercise.
