How to Travel to Mars

Since the historical landing on the moon, people have wanted to accomplish the impossible task of visiting the red planet MARS. So far planned trips to mars have been disastrous because of faulty technology, except for trips made by robots. Furthermore, the distance between earth and mars is about 140 million miles, proving to be a challenge. Nevertheless, designing a suitable spacecraft that can be used for human transportation and survival, has also proven to be a big challenge. However, NASA has had six successful Mars landers: Viking I and II, Pathfinder, MER Spirit and Opportunity, and Phoenix. These successful landings has proven the human ability and capacity to create ships possible for human travel to Mars.
