How to communicate on Mars

Traveling and moving out of your home town can seem like a scary scenario at first. Leaving friends and family behind to start a new journey can be heart breaking. Can you imagine moving to another planet? Problems such as the fear of isolation, solitude, and home sickness will affect many Mars settlers. Further, the need for human interaction is always needed. Nevertheless, with advances in technology we are able to communicate throughout the solar system. Meaning, if we send people over to mars we can stay in touch with them. With the use of satellites that orbit our planet, we are able to relay messages around the Earth and on Mars (With some miner delays), communication can be interplanetary.

Previous studies have been conducted using shuttles to send robots and satellites to analyze Mars and communications with Earth.

Currently the mars rover takes about 3-22 minutes for information to reach earth. This is a miner delay and with new technological advances it can be assessed.

Nevertheless, concepts such as apps for communication and Mars updates, television shows, and other forms of media on Mars will be explored.In addition, investors in these media outlets on Mars will bring profit to both them selves, and the Mars.  Further, as Mars will slowly develop its own society, a fusion with Earth’s society will be created, in order to ease settlers when transitioning to life on Mars.
