This past month or few weeks has been really hard on my mental health and physical health. With school being more challenging and me having a hard time keeping up I just have no choice but to sit and wait for this virus to die out. I try to keep up and do as many assignments as I can. The one positive thing I can say is that I am spending more time with my family then I ever did before quarantine. One thing that really is helping me with this whole situation is social media

Popular apps such as Snapchat, TikTok , and instagram help me connect with friends and stay in touch with them. It’s good to know that many people my age are all trying to make the best of this situation  considering all you hear on the news is numbers of cases and deaths rising.
