Welcome to a new year of BRIDGES!

Hey Daisy and Audrey!

We had a lively and hopefully informative first meeting! I look forward to working with you and hope to get our research presented at this year’s Association for Women in Psychology in Philadelphia.  Please use this page as you see fit.  Including questions for me, reflections for the readings, new material that you come across and think is interesting, or anything else you can think of.

Daisy, your pic and bio are UP: https://openlab.citytech.cuny.edu/profalmondlab/bridges-scholars/daisy-salas-2017-2018/

See you both this Friday!

Dear Amanda Lee Almond, PhD. ,
Congratulations! I am pleased to inform you that your poster submission “Self-Care Inventory for Psychology Graduate Students (SCI-PSY): Scale Construction and Validation” has been accepted for presentation at the 29th APS Annual Convention, May 25-28, 2017, at the Sheraton Boston Hotel, Boston, MA, USA. Please note that this acceptance notification is sent only to you. I ask that you notify any other authors or presenters affiliated with this submission.

The date and time of your poster will be finalized in March 2017, at which time you will receive scheduling information via email.

The first author of the submission must be a current APS member at the time of the Convention, whether or not she/he is attending the Convention. If you are not already a member of APS, you can join now on the APS website. Please note that you can also join or renew your APS Membership at the same time that you register for the Convention by selecting ‘Join or Renew’ on the registration form. We offer significant savings on registration rates for current APS Members. Registration information is available online.
All individuals planning to present at the Convention must register and pay all appropriate registration fees. No one, including presenters and authors, will be allowed into any Convention session without registering. Register before April 5, 2017, and save with the Early Price registration fees.

The Convention will be held at the Sheraton Boston Hotel, where room rates have been specially discounted for APS attendees. More information about the hotel and room rates can be found on the APS website.

Congratulations again on having your poster accepted, and thank you for participating in the 29th APS Annual Convention. Please feel free to contact APS if you have any questions at convention@psychologicalscience.org or +1 202.293.9300.

We look forward to your presentation in Boston!

Sincerely,
