Throughout my career journey I’ve gained experience in customer service, food handling and also ethical values.  Having migrated to the U.S i have acquired a job working in the insurance billing field. Being in this field for almost two and a half years now has broaden my knowledge of customer service, and has equipped me with skills such as problem solving, data entry, educating customers about insurance benefits and also cultivating strong client relationships. In addition to the skills I’ve gained through my career , my personal strengths are that I am an exceptional leader, team player and I always strive for excellence. Being able to work closely with customers have allowed me to appreciate the field of hospitality even more, just the look of satisfaction on a customers face or even just being able to make them smile provides me with a sense of accomplishment and as such i am looking forward to furthering my knowledge and experience in providing the Best customer that I can offer.
