Journal #9

My experience writing dialogues has been good so far. The text message thread rewriting provided me with a blueprint that I can add to or take from to point certain details between the individuals that are having the conversation. Dialogues can have sounds and can express emotions and give a clue about what the person thinks and how they act. It can also demonstrates the relationship between the individuals who are having the conversation; friends, enemies, relatives, or strangers or formal such as coworkers. Writing dialogues in different voices and characters can be a useful tool in story writing or writing in general; it can highlight the main events in a story that the third person narrator otherwise would not be able to express. Including a dialogue in the story can involve the reader more in depth in the story and enhance the characteristics of the main characters and give us a deeper understanding of each character.
