By definition civil disobedience is the refusal to comply with certain laws or to pay taxes and fines, as a peaceful form of political protest (Google).

If Creon had made it a law to prevent the burial of Polyneices and Antigone had defied the order or law, then technically she did engage in civil disobedience. Does that make her actions wrong on the other hand? That is an entirely different question. For example, you see civil disobedience in the United States happen a lot, especially when the general public does not agree with a law or bill that has passed. One event I can think of recently is Texas banning abortion. You had people and medical professionals protesting this law and not following it’s rules.

Although Antigone did engage in civil disobedience, I don’t think she was necessarily wrong.
