I have an IT degree and have taken courses in Visual Basic and Java and self-taught Ruby. I took the electronics lab course last semester and am taking C++ this semester.
I’d love to have a gizmo that could be pointed at someone playing music without headphones, or too loud even with headphones, and it would completely scramble their sound and make it unbearable to listen to. It would require a very focused “scrambler beam” so it doesn’t affect other people who are actually courteous of fellow passengers.
This post reminds me of the movie Noise.
Ha yes, that looks like a perfect movie for this! Never seen it, and of course it’s not on Netflix. Guess I’ll have to go to that site which shall not be named…
