College is extremely different from high school as everything is serious, there no goofing around at all. You are responsible to turn in your work in time, no do overs and they wont open up the work for you. Being a college student for me is just coming to get work done and copy notes and thats i get go along and hoping for the best
College is really different from highschool because the professors are less strict the focus on getting there lesson and teaching done. My favorite thing about college that is different from highschool is that you can use the bathroom whenever you want and there always opened. The responsibilities and expectations are different because not all professors tell you more then once what you have to do. Something that surprised me is how much my sleep schedule changed
College feels very different from high school because professors don’t remind us about homework or tests. I have more freedom, but also more responsibility to manage my time. What surprised me is how fast the weeks go by and how quickly the work adds up.Sometimes I feel confused about what I need to do for my work .
College is different from high school because there’s not consistent class after class like on high school as you can have one class on Tuesday than have three on Friday. In high school your expected to make mistakes but still a teen in college everybody thinks of you as an adult. In college you’re responsible for doing your work on time and manage your time well. While in high school they constantly remind you to do your work. Something that surprised me in college is that people actually are quiet they aren’t loud or obnoxious.
I find college so different from high school because I notice that in college you have more freedom and can do whatever you want to do then high school, because in high school your schedule is; you enter at a specific time and leave at a specific time for all of the year. In college you can create your own schedule and the times you have your classes, this can be so beneficial for all of us so we can have more time, so college makes us spend our time wisely and manage time more efficiently.
College is way different from high school , college has fewer class but longer hours of lectures and they have a due date almost every week on the other had high school we used to meet Mon-fri. I think it different because in high school you had your teacher demand you to do there homework while in college if you do your work you do our work it up to you to do it, your not really expected to pass it up to you what you want to do and college is more freedom and your just responsible for doing your home work class work on time. One thing that surprised me is teacher be so kind to us I honestly though they were going to strict not say there are I’m just saying there not as stricter as I expected and they also willing to help you with your work.
My experience so far of college is unique and vastly different from high school. High school was sort of easy and not a lot of stress. whereas college is more challenging and requires you to have an open mind when it comes to learning new things. The responsibilities and expectations are very different because in high school you just turn your work in and show up to class, and you will be fine, whereas in college I noticed that I am putting in a lot more effort than I did in high school. Something that surprised me the most in college is that a lot of my professors are really nice and understanding, whereas in high school most of my teachers weren’t.
College is 10x different than highschool, you have to pay for things, you have to study more, the professors are very fast, classes arent every day like highschool, being a student in college is tougher than it seems, I always feel tired and exhausted most of the time.
From my personal experience the last 3 weeks have been not so bad however it’s different from high school because the workload is a little bit more. The timings fir my classes are to my preferences too which gives me time to do what I have to which leads to responsibility because you are accountable for your work
High school and college are completely different since there is no room for humour and everything is taken very seriously. They won’t open the work for you, and you are accountable for submitting your job on time. For me, attending college consists solely of completing assignments and copying notes, after which I go on and hope for the best.
My experience has been different between college and high school. In college, I have to be a little more responsible than usual to get things done. There is also a big difference in schedules compared to high school, something that surprise me was that in college you have to be more responsible It’s that you are responsible for yourself, that is to say that the teachers only give homework and don’t notify you. You have to be checking all the time in case you have homework to do.
After 3 weeks here at City Tech I find that my typical routines have mostly fallen apart. I find myself drinking far too much coffee, again. I know that as I become more accustomed to the changes in my schedule, I will build new routines (ie. Regular sleep schedule, organized work life balance, etc…). Unfortunately, I cannot relate my college experience to high school as I never attended, for the most part however, it has met my expectations.
for me college is different from high school by my responsibilities and the motive why I’m going to class why I’m doing my homework and technically everything. College also gives me more freedom to make my own schedule and get work done on my own pace. Now I have have more responsibilities and none else but me is going to do them.
So far, my experience has been decent. I could work on my time management. The biggest difference between college and high school for me is the commute and the length of each class. My responsibilities and expectations are higher in college, especially for myself, who struggles with responsibilities. One thing that surprised me is how fun architecture has been.
College is very different from high school. In college, you are fully responsible for yourself, and attendance is much more important unlike in high school, where missing a few days might not be a big deal. In college, falling behind can really affect how well you do. One thing I like about college is the freedom because you can leave and come back to the campus whenever you want, whether it’s to grab some food or take a walk.”

In high school, teachers guide you and remind you about your work, but in college, you are expected to manage your time, meet deadlines, and be responsible on your own. Professors don’t usually give reminders or second chances. Students are treated like adults and must stay on top of their tasks without much help. One surprising thing about college is how much your daily routine can change, like your sleep schedule or study habits, because of the freedom and flexible class times.

College is a lot different from high school because you’re expected to be completely independent. In high school there would be a daily set schedule which all the students going / coming at similar times and doing similar work. There were study weeks before midterms and finals. at college no ones calling up your parent if your absent or if your failing, and everyones kind of doing their own thing here. I feel like college requires more self discipline and responsibility to make sure you’re actually attending classes and doing the work.
