2 hours and 15 minutes
Certification Examinations for Teachers (CSTs)

Test Format
Multiple-choice questions and written assignment
Language tests: recorded listening and speaking components, writing components
Test Details
Format: Computer-based or paper-based

Fees: $122-$161 (computer-based), $79 (paper-based)

Minimum Passing Score:
Current CSTs: 220 (out of 100-300)
Revised CSTs: 520 (out of 400-600)

4-5 hours and 15 minutes, depending on the exam
