I recently applied to several more internships that I found on Idealist, Indeed, and LinkedIn. I’ve been focusing mainly on graphic design, publishing, and marketing internships, but I also applied to a social media internship to broaden my options. After getting some feedback from Professor Goetz, I made a few key adjustments to both my resume and portfolio. The suggestions helped to elevate the look of my materials, making my portfolio more polished and visually cohesive. It can be a tedious process, but in the end, it’s worth it. Now, I have a beautiful, streamlined site that I feel confident showcases my best work.

I’m also planning to meet with the PDC office next week to get additional support in my internship search. I’m hoping they can provide further guidance and help me find more opportunities that align with my goals. I’m starting to feel the pressure of the time crunch as I search for the right internship, but I’m staying optimistic. I know that I’ll secure one, and I’m excited to see which opportunity will come my way. At this point, it’s all about staying focused and ready for the next step in the process.
