My role in the company is that of a communications designer. I work on posts to notify students of upcoming events, holidays and schedule changes. My supervisor, Alberto Averages is a senior designer at the company, along the way he has been helping me by advising me on how to improve my designs. I was introduced to this internship site by my Professor, I contacted the Image & Visual Communications and then set up a day to come in to do an in person interview with my now supervisor, Alberto Vargas, I was hired right after the interview and proceeded to start fresh the very next week. I was asked several questions about what I’d like to do, what are my skills, about past projects I have done and where I see myself in the future.
