How can you move your team from “performance goals” to higher order “learning goals” and self-directed learning.

Not just focus on the topic, but understand the purpose.

We should do more research than assigned, also find interest that motivate us, and talk to the teammates that may brings more ideas by changing thoughts, we should have eager to know why and how things happened.
