LET’S MEET AT THE “F” TRAIN SUBWAY STATION ENTRANCE ON ROOSEVELT ISLAND AT 9:30AM.

I WILL LEAVE FROM THE CLASSROOM AT 8:35AM WITH ANYONE THAT GOES TO BROOKLYN FIRST.

IT WILL BE COLD AND RAINY MOST LIKELY, SO DRESS APPROPRIATELY.

BRING A CAMERA AND A SKETCHBOOK FOR NOTES.

Filing period for June 2016 graduation opens Monday February 1 through Wednesday March 9

Last Day to Drop with 100% refund: Thursday January 28; Fees are assessed starting Friday January 29.

All Course Substitutions for spring 2016 due at the registrar Thursday February 4 close of business.

Last day to add/swap a section: Thursday February 4. This is ample time to make schedule changes. Please do not send students to add or swap a section after this date.

Last day to drop with 75% tuition refund Tuesday February 2.

Last day to drop with 50% refund: Tuesday February 9.

Last day to drop with 25% refund: Wednesday February 17.

Last date to submit Curriculum Changes for Spring 2016 Wednesday February 17.

Commencement of Attendance Rosters Open Thursday February 18 and close on Tuesday Feb 23 at 11:59pm.

Withdrawal period begins: Thursday February 18 (students are assigned a W grade during this period) – Monday April 11.

Advisement begins Tuesday April 5

Registration for Summer and Fall 2016 begins by appointment: Tuesday April 12
