Spline Installation Tool is a combination rolling tool that is used to install most screening materials and vinyl spline into window screen frame.
This tool insert the spline into the frame channel, securing the screen in place.

This tool is cool because it has two rolling wheels and it is an easy tool to use and it solve the problem of installation of spline into the frame channel.
