Throughout this book, Merchant is telling a story of how she grew up in different places, wearing these dresses that are incredibly special and close to her heart. Each dress in this book has a memory attached and emotions embellished on it! In every chapter, besides discussing the details of the dresses she mentions all the people close to her heart such as her family members and close friends.
