  • Medical/Dental Health History & Blood Pressure Screening: Review and evaluate patient health records and vital signs to better understand overall health status and ensure preparedness for potential medical emergencies.

  • Head and Neck Examination: Perform thorough assessments of the head and neck to identify any signs of systemic or localized conditions and guide appropriate care.

  • Oral Cancer Screening: Conduct comprehensive intraoral evaluations to detect any suspicious lesions or abnormalities early.

Diagnostic Procedures:

  • Dental and Periodontal Charting: Document existing teeth, restorations, periodontal status, and supporting structures to formulate individualized treatment plans.

  • Digital Radiography: Capture and interpret various digital radiographic images including Full Mouth Series (FMS), Horizontal/Vertical Bitewings (HBW/VBW), Periapical (PA), and Panoramic radiographs to assist in diagnosis and treatment planning.

  • CBCT (3D Cone Beam) Imaging: Expose and utilize high-resolution 3D imaging to aid in advanced diagnosis and complex treatment planning.

  • Intraoral Photography: Take detailed photographs to support clinical documentation and enhance patient education.

Preventive and Periodontal Care:

  • Dental Prophylaxis, Scaling, and Root Planing: Provide thorough removal of supra- and subgingival calculus using ultrasonic scalers, Piezo devices, and Guided Biofilm Therapy to eliminate harmful bacteria and promote periodontal health.

  • Fluoride Application & Engine Polishing: Perform stain removal and apply fluoride varnish post-scaling to strengthen enamel and prevent caries.

  • Pit and Fissure Sealants: Assess caries risk and apply sealants to occlusal surfaces to prevent decay.

  • Arestin Placement: Evaluate periodontal pockets and place locally delivered antibiotics (Arestin) to reduce bacterial load and improve periodontal outcomes.

Pain Management and Comfort:

  • Oraqix, Local Anesthesia, and Nitrous Oxide Sedation: Administer topical or local anesthesia and nitrous oxide to ensure patient comfort and pain control during dental procedures.

Adjunctive Procedures:

  • Periodontal Dressing Placement & Suture Removal: Apply periodontal dressings as needed post-treatment and remove sutures during follow-up visits with proper evaluation.

  • In-Office Teeth Whitening: Perform cosmetic bleaching procedures following oral prophylaxis to enhance patient aesthetics.

  • Alginate Impressions & Bleaching Tray Fabrication: Take impressions and create custom trays for take-home whitening procedures.

  • Intraoral Scanning with Medit Scanner: Capture high-quality digital impressions for treatment planning, patient education, and appliance fabrication.

  • Active Orthodontic  Care: Provide ongoing care and maintenance for patients undergoing Invisalign orthodontic treatment.
