Disney is a strong believer in showing appreciation to their cast members. They understand that nothing would motivate us more then awards and recognitions. Who would like to receive a prize for doing a good job. Even a compliment from your manager from time to time reminding you that you’re doing a good job could be very satisfying. A few recognitions and awards I’ve received is as follows:
- Guest Service Fanatic Cards – These are four key basic cards that are given to cast members when they accomplish either safety, courtesy, show or efficiency.
- White Glove Awards – This is an award given to those who meet above expectation during a housing inspection.
