In this class, a group of students tried to answer the question of why Diesel, which has suffered financial strain since 2014, went bankrupt in 2019. The final result of the exercise was a paper and presentation providing possible solutions for Diesel. To do so, Kim’s responsibility was to examine Diesel’s target market and then develop a growth strategy proposal, and in-store Event while staying within a given budget.
