Hi, my name is Mimi Chen. I am majoring in hospitality management. I hope to be a chef one day. I recently graduated from the High School of Hospitality Management where in my last year of school, I realized I wanted to continue in this career path and that is why I chose to attend City Tech and major in hospitality management.I would like to work in different restaurants with different cuisines. I have not yet picked which one I wanted to focus on, but it is leaning towards French. Hopefully in the future, I will be able to travel around and try new things and learn and continue to grow as a chef.
