Graduated from NYC Community College in 1962 with AAS degree in Construction Technology
Graduated Pratt Institute in 1971 with BS in Building Science after serving with the 69th Infantry in US Army.
Former Vice President with Tishman Realty & Construction/ Zeckendorf Co.
Former First Assistant Commissioner and Actin Deputy Commissioner at NYC Dept. Of General Services
