High School: High School for Construction Trades, Engineering and Architecture
My academic goals are to complete the requirements of achieving a Bachelors degree from City Tech. As for career goals, I will be working towards opening my own bakery. However before doing so, I will work towards exploring the world and gaining knowledge of different pastry arts from different countries and cultures. Once I have gained the knowledge which will enable me to feel confident enough to open my own bakery, that will be the time I will create my own bakery. The strengths that I possess is the ability to work and communicate with others in a constructive way in order to get a job or assignment done, as well as the interest to learn from others and what they have to teach. My personal interests are to bake, and cook for the benefit of pleasing others, as well as sports (such as soccer and flag football) that have enhanced my ability to talk to others and team up to conquer a challenge.
