Hotel Management
I’m a Senior student at New York City College of Technology in the Hospitality Management Program. I love working with new people, new ideas, and getting involved in what I do for work, school and helping where I can. I like to go out to movies, networking when I can, and constantly learning. No matter where you are in life you can never stop learning and no matter how young (or old) somone is, they can always teach you something new.
My Courses
Examination of the nature and scope of this industry and basic management concepts. Introduction to department mission and interaction with alumni in career exploration.
Wines of the New World, Fall 2012
This course provides an in-depth evaluation of “New World” viticulture and vinification. Winemaking methods, service, laws and regulations of the major wine regions of North America, Australia, New Zealand, Chile, Argentina and South Africa will be studied. Students will taste and evaluate wines. Prerequisite: HMGT 2402

My Projects
The Garden is a project that teaches students and faculty about the excitement and nuance of growing flowers and vegetables for the Culinary and Pastry labs at NYC College of Technology. We encourage involvement and volunteers from all departments at the college.

Student Government Association
The Student Government Association is the representative body for students. We are responsible for recommending student activity fee allocations, shaping policies affecting student life, coordinating extracurricular events and chartering new organizations. The Salsa Club was created to teach students how to dance salsa as well as bachata, merengue, and cumbia. We want students to have fun and let loose after a long and stressful class. Students will have a great learning experience and get a work out in at the same time! We are located in the Klitgord Center Gym Mondays and Wednesday from 11am-12:15pm and Thursdays at 1:45pm-3pm. Spoons Across America Club is dedicated to helping spread culinary knowledge. Spreading that knowledge to our friends, families, students and children. We want to continue Spoons Across Americas mission of influencing healthy eating habits for children. Celebrating the connection to local farmers and the important tradition of sharing meals around the family table. Helping spread that mission we focus on fundraising and providing Volunteers for the Non-Profit organization to support our mission.
