Procedural, customer and staff perspectives involved in the provision of quality service as practiced in a dining room operation laboratory. Student rotation through dining room service positions with emphasis on responsibilities of planning, producing and evaluating service. Practice of proper safety and sanitation.

My Clubs
City Tech Times is the official name of the student managed and operated college newspaper of New York City College of Technology (CUNY). Our primary objective is to report news in a specialized format to our diverse student population. Our goal is to provide a forum for students to voice their opinions and concerns on issues that relate or affect them.
