ENG 2150, Introduction to Women Writers, Fall 2016 D539
Essays, fiction, drama, and poems by 20th and 21st century women writers. We’ll be examining the ways women writers explore themes such as mother/daughter relationships, courtship and marriage, mind and body.
Not Only the Dead Know Brooklyn
English Composition I is a course in effective essay writing and basic research techniques, including use of the library. College-level readings are assigned for classroom discussion and as a basis for essay writing. CUNY certification in reading and writing is the prerequisite for this course.
