Bio

Hello, my Name is Derek Tolentino, I got my AS in Animation and motion graphics from BMCC, After graduation I decided to go on to pursue motion graphics in City Tech and get a BFA in Communication Design. I believe that I have learned more and have gotten better in my craft now that I am more focused in my field of study and with that, I have more to offer as well as show. Using creativity as a platform to express myself and my thinking has always been the foundation of my life since I was a young kid in elementary school, and ever since It has been an essential element of my everyday life and with that, I invite you to see the way I think and perceive Design from my point of view.

I would say that I am an innovative thinker with an AS in animation & motion graphics. I enjoy design because the possibility of creativity can go beyond what we perceive. Alongside studying communication design I enjoy illustrating as well.
