This course introduces the foundations of discrete mathematics as they apply to computer science, focusing on providing a solid theoretical foundation for further work. Topics include functions, relations, sets, simple proof techniques, Boolean algebra, propositional logic, elementary number theory, writing, analyzing and testing algorithms.
ENG1101 Composition: “Story-Telling in Action-Adventure and Role-Playing Games” Fall, 2015 Learning
A course in effective essay writing and basic research techniques, including the use of the library, this course will allow students to create a sample game world, characters, and their interactions with their setting, including a narrative establishing nonlinearity.
