Native of Brazil, where I got my first college degree in Industrial Engineering. I was theologically trained to develop, implement, evaluate, improve, and integrate system processes of knowledge, information, people, money, and equipment, with responsibility of ensuring that business operation can be efficient in terms of using as little resource as needed.
Along with twelve years of experience in hospitality business, I started working for Entertainment Cruise in June of 2002 and since then have worked in many other businesses in New York City where I have gathered and improved my knowledge and understanding of people needs, not by profiling but by talking to them and listening to their specific requests either by working with or for them.
Having two jobs at the same time shows my ability of multi-tasking and working well in different company’s culture knowing where I’m standing and where I want to go professionally.
Now I have come to NYCCT to gain my second college degree in Hospitality Management. My goal is to help this industry to reduce its ecological footprint and obtain a sustainable growth that present and future generations can profit from it.
