The workshop will enhance the New Student Connection with additional information, activities, and various opportunities to connect with faculty, staff, and current City Tech students. This is a course in reading, writing, and conducting research in multiple genres to learn genre awareness and transferable writing skills. In this course you will develop strategies for composing in contemporary environments through practice and revision of project-based assignments. This course satisfies required core-English Composition. Prerequisite: CUNY proficiency in English
