Term Projects

 

The following are tentative term projects. Each project variables, inputs and parameters will be different for each group. Those informationĀ  will be given during the project timeline.

Project 1-Design of pole, frame and Base of a Traffic Light system

Project 2-Stresses and deflection evaluation of Beam, columns and other structural members

Project 3-Design of a Roof Mount Winch Motor System

This course site demonstrates details of Strength of Materials II, a required engineering course for Mechanical Engineering Technology. The purpose of this site is toĀ  create a self sustained course materials and reduce dependence on the text book. The user of this site will find it useful in their academic success as well as professionalĀ  engineering practices.
