Here is a book cover i designed for my vector graphics class. I wanted to keep it very simple and to the point so i made the title white which pops against the black background. I also wanted to give people the gist of what the book was about so i included the all seeing eye from the book and the famous line “Big Brother is watching you” as well.

This was my first project using gauche paints and black sumi ink for my graphic design principles class. We had to use the ink to create texture and pair it with a color design to make a unified piece. I found the paint to be a hard medium to work with but i loved working with the ink and will be using it for many other works in the future.

This is a poster that i designed for my vector graphics class. It’s a poster to promote voting attendance in the 2012 election comming this November. I decided to go with a very simple and abstract design so that it would be appealing to most people. I also wanted it to be easy to understand so i tried to make it as obvious as possible by labeling all of the background figures and using the American flag as the background.

So here is a sketch I did in my free time. It is a picture of an Asura from the game Guild Wars 2. They had always intrigued me since i had first seen them. So i decided i would try to draw one and this is what i got. After that i took my sketch into Photoshop and colored it it giving it new life. Definitely one of my favorite pieces.
