Day 1 material: Here is a good Excel 2010 introductory tutorial (not specific to statistics). For those who will be using mainly MS Office 2007, you can click on the respective tutorial here. You should get through the first 2 groups (1st 14 lessons, or 13 if using 2007 version). For the class day 2, you will be quizzed on this material plus whatever I am able to demonstrate in class on day 1.
excelnotes is another guide, more specific to statistics. excel2010_stats is another, much more specific guide specific to statistics.
