Same with my all type version, Talent is yellow and placed on top of the rest of the words along with accident looking like it was mowed. For genes I use a zoomed in DNA strand with a bright orange for mutation as thats what a genetic mutation is. I used 5 people in suits with the center one with talent(shown by the lightbulb) like he is leader the rest using the word responsibility split in 2 parts hovering above the shoulder. And I hid the name under the shadow of the 2 person from the left.
