Marine Life is being affected by plastic debris causing the fish and organisms to suffer from suffocation, entanglement of nets and bags, and afterwards death. When we throw our garbage into the ocean, the fish and sea wildlife suffer with entanglement, suffocation and eventually mutation within their bodies and immune system and within the span of garbage and waste being accumulated in a large abundance in the ecosystem, there are far too many problems within the ocean itself. Plastics account for 70% of marine litter, we could prevent that number from rising by turning the plastic waste into a means for reusable energy so that the environment may benefit more. Marine plastic pollution affects marine life of all sizes.
