Overall I think I did a great job at executing the tasks and responsibilities I had in my internship.

As an intern, I had the opportunity to learn and grow in a variety of areas. One of the most significant skills I developed was the ability to create and execute a PR plan, including choosing appropriate communication channels. This required me to think critically about the best ways to reach our target audience and effectively convey our message.

In addition to PR, I also learned how to use a new software called Nimble to aid in my outreach efforts for non-profit organizations. This helped me to streamline my work and more efficiently manage my tasks.

Another key area of growth for me during my internship was marketing. I learned how to create and implement marketing campaigns, including developing emails and other materials. This required me to think creatively and come up with engaging and effective strategies to promote our brand.

I also gained valuable experience in using social media and other online platforms to engage with target audiences and build our brand’s online presence. This involved developing content, interacting with followers and monitoring our performance.

Finally, I improved my time management skills every week, which helped me to stay organized and on track with my tasks. Overall, my internship at Giving Forward was a fantastic learning experience that helped me to develop a range of skills and knowledge in the field of non-profit work and digital marketing.
