Hook: Have you ever felt horrible for the results you would get in school or felt bad the way you looked in the mirror and jealous that you don’t look like your rolemodel? If so, listen to this.
Introduction: Hello, and welcome to my podcast. I’m your host Luka, and I’ll be lecturing and guiding you how you can get over your bad habit addictions and fix the way you are physically. I’m a two-time All-American wrestler who continues to wrestle for Team USA. Just before making a shift, I went through these stages of life. Aside from their work or school activities, more than half of the population has always aspired to appear like their role model or to be in good physical condition. Making a difference makes some individuals happy, but others are unhappy because they are either stuck in their path or are succeeding but want to do even more. People also have a tendency to lose motivation, stop their work, and give up, but there are always inspirational videos on YouTube to keep you going, including those featuring David Goggins and in which he is discussed on “The most Motivating 6 minutes of your life | David goggins” on youtube.
