First Year Programs is currently recruiting Peer Mentors for August and Fall 2022.
Peer Mentors have played an important role in acclimating new students to City Tech for many years. As we expand City Tech 101offerings, the need for strong student Mentors to anchor and support new students in this initiative has only increased. As such, we hope that everyone will encourage their best and brightest to apply.
We are looking for students who are mature, articulate, responsible, and can serve as role models to first year students. A brief description of Peer Mentors’ duties and responsibilities is in the flyer above. The application is attached to this email. Completed applications can be sent to peermentoring@citytech.cuny.edu.
A (short) recommendation is required for each applicant; the form is attached to the application.
