Today we learned about high key vs low key. Using the light to create different moods was very interesting. I learned that based on where the light came from and how intense it is helps make an interesting image.

We went to all the floors in the building and found some places with alright lighting. These were taken in the staircases because we found that there was better light and shadows.

From the photographers in the article, I mostly enjoyed looking at the landscape images. The one that stood out to me the most was this image by Alex Noriega. It stood out to me because one thing I absolutely love its simplicity and this photo has exactly that. The image includes a straight figure and ground relation and also features a diagonal line formed by the trees, it grabs the viewers attention.
