This picture was taken inside the Oculus. I stood and waited for the scene to be mostly clear of individuals to take the shot.

Composition Rules HW 1
I choose this photo because it’s a hight key and low key as you can see the button part of the glass cup is low key. However the upper part of the skull and the glass and the medicine from the left side of the photo is hight key. I was trying to combine both of the hight key and the low key in one picture. As the example I saw in the lecture.

I choose this image because i like how it captured the skeleton and how the glass changed the how the lighting was hitting. With a low ISO i was able to make the background black while still lighting the subject. The only rules of composition i used was rules of thirds. I feel out of all my photos, this was my cleanest one.

Week 3 Best Shot Still Life lighting
This photo is of a stuffed bear and an empty Hennessy bottle. This photo was shot using a spotlight dimmed down low overhead of the bear with a reflector on the side of the bear. This photo displays low key lighting against the bears face and the bottle since there is a lot of shadow and contrast with the subject and the background. The bottle also has a lot of reflection which makes it stand out against the bear. Overall the lighting gives off a dramatic and intense feeling in the photo which what was aimed for

I picked this picture because I staged the dinosaurs to give off somewhat a brutal or chaotic feeling and then taking it in a dutch angle had somewhat of a positive effect of emphasizing what is happening in the center of the picture. Lastly, there is a difference or contrast where on the left side of the picture is the wide defused light while on the right side is a more focused light making the image look better.
