Cold Spring Harbor DNA Learning Center
The DNALC is the largest provider of biotechnology instruction at the pre-college level in the United States. Each year 30,000 fifth through twelfth-grade students conduct hands-on experiments at a DNALC or receive intensive lab instruction from DNALC staff at their schools. More than 23,000 middle and high school students have attended our summer camps. The DNALC operates locations in Cold Spring Harbor, Manhattan, and Sleepy Hollow, and DNALC NYC in Brooklyn is opening in 2021.
Brief: Design applied graphics for the exterior of the City University of New York City Tech Pearl Street Building on the corner of Tillary and Adams Streets. The goal is to build awareness of/introduce the new Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory DNA Learning Center New York City (DNALC NYC) with the objective of engaging local residents, teachers, students, and parents to learn more about educational programs.
