Becoming a RDH takes hard work, and you must be dedicated to the field. Just because the class room environment is coming to an end, I know that learning for a RDH never ends. We must always stay on top of any research that is being done to improve a persons’ oral health. Many people can be fearful of the dentist and many people can lack the knowledge of how much the health of your oral cavity can affect the health of the rest of your body. I hope to be able to take all the knowledge that is at my footsteps as an RDH, and to use that information to help make positive changes in my patients’ lives.
