During my summer 2016 internship, one of the projects I had partaken was to create help desk articles for the new Insights Platform for clients and potential Clients.

For this project, I had to work with others and to keep organized, I created an excel sheet to keep everyone up to date on what was completed and what needed to be done as well as identified, documented and reported bugs, errors, interoperability flaws and other issues with these pages and other parts of the website including the insights and donor record mapping.
