Self-evaluate my performance on the job on last project
- Check my attitude: My work attitude was very serious, I want to finish the task better and created a better concept to fit the theme.
- Be Reflective: When I stoped, I would to think and play my work over and over again, I reflected on my work, was it appropriate? Or what could be improved?
- Keep a File: I kept all the resources and processes of my work. And organized them into folders.
- Find out the Supervisor’s Expectations: What I thought of supervisor’s expectations, he wanted our work and development to be inspired. Practiced his concepts through my work to view the performance of the work.
- Get Feedback From Others: They liked it, and my animation was adopted by the project.
