We volunteer for children under 5 years old to check their oral health and to apply varnish to prevent caries. We also taught children how to brush by showing a video and by demonstrating it.

- Service Learning Projects, Brooklyn NY: Presentation on Dental Health for Older Adult
We volunteer for senior center, located in Brooklyn. We made a presentation using a PowerPoint to explain to the audience about dental health for elderly. We explained how periodontal disease and decay occurs, how to take care of dentures and other removable appliances, how nutrition is related to our oral health and lastly we showed them how to brush and floss.
