I am an Associate Professor in the Department of Computer Engineering Technology of the New York City College of Technology, the senior college of the City University of New York. I have a Ph.D. in Computer Science from Iowa State University and a B.S. in Computer Science from University of Puerto Rico at Bayamón. My research interest include software engineering, smart homes, information retrieval, and data mining. In my spare time I contribute to a technology blog in Spanish.
