Climate Group
I took on the initiative to take over in introducing the climate group since the Leader was unavailable to come. Being a leader isn’t just about having a title; it’s about stepping up when you’re actually needed. When our group leader couldn’t make it at the last minute, I decided to jump in and take over the intro. Introducing our climate group wasn’t just about reading some boring mission statement—it was about getting everyone excited and making sure our goals were heard loud and clear. Taking on that responsibility so fast taught me that being prepared is great, but being able to roll with the punches is even better
