A role model for me would obviously be my supervisor. He is the design director at Mdrn Residential and has a lot of responsibilities. If something has to be designed it goes through him alone. He is very efficient with the work he produces for the company, almost in a robotic way.

He is also great with many of the technical aspects of the many programs that designers use today. From command shortcuts to determining proper design elements he does it all.

I really want to be like him as learn more and grow as a designer. People are constantly looking for people who are efficient with quick turnarounds as it relates to design projects. I know this will come with time and I hope it comes quick. I want to be confident and in my technical skills as well as my design choices.
