On our visit to the Cooper Hewitt Smithsonian Design Museum, we visited the About Pixar: Design of Story exhibit as well as the How Posters Work exhibit. We saw a variety of hand drawn sketches, painting, and videos of the processes for so many famous disney movies. This museum was definitely worth visiting, especially if you have an eye for art. In so many ways, visiting this museum fit perfectly into what we learned in this class, from the concepts of design to the actual elements of design that affect how posters actually get the attention of people.

I even got the opportunity to use the exquisite interactive tabletops to create a freeform design that allowed me to use different materials such as colored plastic and metals, and so on.
