On December 7th, I  was honored to have the opportunity to meet George Garrastegui Jr. who is not only a professor at CityTech, but a visual communication extraordinaire. I learned so much from him during this Meet the Pros event held  in the Atrium Amphitheater. Throughout his lecture, he showed us a slideshow of all the work he has done and he even included what seemed to be a checklist of the steps it takes to get your designs out there from talking about how much research and proofs it takes before you even get the final design. He walked us through how many years of school he did and all of the different projects he started which all taught him so many lessons.  One of the quotes that he mentioned throughout the  lecture was “Ever tried, Ever Failed, No Matter. Try Again. Fail Again. Fail Better.”
